Mobile Notary
& General Notary Services
What is General Notary Work?
General Notary Work refers to the everyday documents a notary public is authorized to witness and notarize. These are documents that require identity verification, proper execution, and an official notary seal.
Common examples include:
• Affidavits
• Power of Attorney
• Medical and healthcare documents
• School and parental consent forms
• Contracts and agreements
• Financial and legal documents
• Operating Agreements
• Business Contracts
• Corporate Resolutions
• Wills
• Trust Documents
• Power of Attorney
• Healthcare Directives
If your document requires a notarization, it likely falls under general notary work.
What is a Mobile Notary?
A mobile notary is a notary public who travels to you. Instead of visiting a bank or office, we meet you at a location that is convenient and comfortable for you.
This includes your:
• Home
• Office
• Hospital
• Assisted living facility
• Public meeting location
Our goal is to make the notarization process as simple, flexible, and stress free as possible, especially during important or time sensitive situations.
