In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN)

Unlike RON, e-notarization still requires an in-person meeting, but the signature and seal are applied digitally instead of using ink.

Our mobile notary service provides in-person notarizations at your home, office, hospital, assisted living facility, or public location in Southwest Florida.

*Mobile fees are in addition to document fees, can be discussed with notary for an estimate before booking.

Estate Planning Document Signing Services

We provide professional mobile or remote notarization services for a variety of estate planning documents to help individuals and families prepare with confidence.

  • Single Signer Estate Package:

    • Includes notarization for standard estate documents (e.g., Will, Living Trust, Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive).

  • Couples Estate Package:

    • Includes Complete estate package for two signers.

  • Individual Document Notartization

  • Witness Coordination (if required):

    • Includes one to two vetted witnesses who accompany the notary to your signing location.

      (Fees include travel, preparation, and time allotted for explanation. Additional fees apply for printing, after-hours, last-minute, or complex signings. This service does not include legal advice or document drafting.)

An apostille certifies a notarized document for use in Hague Convention countries. Non-member countries require embassy legalization.
